Important Instructions for MSBTE MCQ Exam:
- Location & Setup
• No Home Exams: You must go to your designated Exam Center (college computer lab) to take the exam.
• No Phones: Strictly no mobile phones or electronic gadgets allowed inside the exam hall.
• Software: The exam runs on specific “MSBTE EXAM Software” installed on the college computers. - Login Details
• Your Password: Your institute will provide your User ID and Password starting from November 18, 2025.
• Single Login: You will have one User ID/Password for the whole exam session, but you will need a unique Test Code for every specific subject paper. - On Exam Day
• Attendance: You must sign a physical attendance sheet first. Once signed, the supervisor will mark your attendance online and give you the Test Code for that specific paper.
• Start Time: Once you get the Test Code, start the exam immediately. If you wait more than 5 minutes, the code expires, and you’ll have to ask for a new one. - During the Exam
• Do Not Switch Windows: If you try to open another window or browser tab, the system will automatically log you out.
• Technical Glitches: If the computer crashes, power fails, or you accidentally click exit—don’t panic. Your answers are auto-saved. Tell the supervisor immediately. They will “Clear Session,” and you can resume exactly where you left off on a new computer without losing time.
• Finishing: You must manually click the “End Exam” button when you are done. - Exam Rules
• Rechecking: Since this is an online objective exam, there is no revaluation or photocopying of answer scripts allowed.
• Daily Limit: You can take a maximum of one Regular subject and one Backlog subject in a single day (Total 2 max).
