The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) has released crucial notifications for students regarding answer sheet photocopies and re-evaluation. MSBTE Summer 2025: Key Dates for Photocopy & Rechecking (Non-Digital Evaluation Subjects)

For subjects where answer sheets were not evaluated using the Digital Evaluation method, mark these dates:

Institute Confirmation of Applications (Institute Login): June 23, 2025, to June 25, 2025.
Regional Board Confirmation (RBTE Login): June 23, 2025, to June 26, 2025.
Photocopy Distribution to Students by Institute (Latest): July 7, 2025.
Declaration of Photocopy/Rechecking Results (Institute & RBTE Login): July 7, 2025.

If you’ve obtained a photocopy and wish to proceed with re-evaluation for subjects not digitally evaluated, note these critical timelines:

Re-evaluation Application Period (Student Login): July 8, 2025, to July 9, 2025.
Institute Confirmation of Re-evaluation Applications: July 8, 2025, to July 10, 2025.
Re-evaluation Result Declaration:
- Urgent Re-evaluation (Final Year/Semester Students): July 21, 2025.
- General Re-evaluation: July 23, 2025.
Distribution of Revised Marksheets by Institute (Latest):
- Urgent Re-evaluation: July 28, 2025.
- General Re-evaluation: July 30, 2025

MSBTE Ordinary Verification, Photocopy & Reassessment Fees 2025

Ordinary Verification fees will be 50 rupees per paper.
While general notices reference “300”, the standard fee for a photocopy is typically ₹300 per subject. The revised fee for Reassessment of the assessed answer book (Per Subject) is ₹450/-. This updated fee structure is applicable from the Winter 2025 examination.

Instructions for MSBTE Summer 2025 Applicants

Application Protocol: Students must submit their applications through their Candidate Login and ensure all required fees are paid through their respective institutes within the specified timeframe.
Institute Responsibilities: Institutes play a vital role by scrutinizing applications, collecting fees, and confirming submissions through their Institute Login. They are also required to display the timetable on their notice boards for student awareness.
Regional Office Confirmation: Regional offices will finalize applications upon receiving the necessary fees from the institutes.
Mark Changes After Photocopy: If your marks change after receiving a photocopy, it’s essential to follow up with your regional office through your institute principal to ensure the changes are officially recorded.
Reassessment After Photocopy Advisory: Students applying for reassessment without addressing mark changes from a photocopy (as per point 6) should be aware that any prior mark changes from the photocopy will not be considered. The marks obtained in reassessment will be final.
Original Marksheet Submission for Reassessment: Before confirming a student’s reassessment application, institutes must collect the student’s original Summer 2025 marksheet issued by MSBTE. These mark sheets must then be submitted in a sealed envelope to the relevant regional office; otherwise, the regional office will not confirm the application.

Important notice for 1st year students

Digital Evaluation Subjects: For all subjects in the first and second semesters of AICTE diploma courses and the first year of annual courses for Summer 2025, where evaluation was done digitally, a separate circular will detail the photocopy/re-evaluation procedure and schedule.
First-Year Backlog (Digital Evaluation): Second-year AICTE diploma students with first-year backlog subjects that underwent digital evaluation must apply for photocopies via the “Digital Evaluation अंतर्गत Photocopy / RE” link under the “Examination Tab” on the MSBTE website.
