The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE) has released the schedule and important instructions for students seeking photocopies and re-evaluation of their answer sheets for the Summer 2025 examinations.
This announcement is specifically for students enrolled in the first and second semesters of AICTE-approved diploma courses and first-year students of annual pattern courses, whose answer sheets were evaluated using the Digital Evaluation method.
Due to the accuracy of the computerized digital evaluation system, the board has stated that the provision for verification of marks will not be available. However, students will have the option to apply for photocopies and re-evaluation of their answer sheets.
Dates for Photocopy and Re-evaluation for 1st Year Students
The entire process, from applying for a photocopy to receiving the revised mark sheet, is scheduled to take place between June 26, 2025, and July 30, 2025.

How to Apply for Photocopy and Re-evaluation
Students who wish to apply for a photocopy or re-evaluation must follow the procedure outlined by MSBTE.
- Login: Visit the MSBTE website and navigate to the “Examination” tab. Under the “Digital Evaluation” section, find the “Photocopy / RE – Student Login” link. Log in using your Enrollment Number and Summer 2025 Seat Number.
- Register Contact Details: You must register a valid mobile number and email ID. The photocopy of the answer sheet will be sent to the registered email address.
- Select Subjects: Students can apply for a photocopy of a maximum of two subjects per seat number.
- Submit and Pay Fees: After applying, a fee receipt will be generated and sent to your email. Take a printout of this receipt and pay the required fees at your institute within the stipulated time. The fee for a photocopy is Rs. 300 per subject, and for re-assessment, it is Rs. 400 per subject.
- Re-evaluation Application: If you are not satisfied with the marks after receiving the photocopy, you can apply for re-evaluation using the same login process.
Important Instructions for Students:
- Students must follow up with their respective institute's principal for any changes in marks after receiving the photocopy.
- If a student applies for reassessment without addressing a change in the photocopy marks first, the reassessment marks will be considered final.
- Before the institute can confirm a re-evaluation application, students must submit their original Summer 2025 mark sheet to the institute.
